FAMILIES PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE JUNIOR OLYMPIC CHAMPIONSHIP MEET
IN ANCHORAGE WILL NEED TO MAKE THEIR OWN LODGING RESERVATIONS--THE
TEAM WILL BE STAYING AT HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON AT A DISCOUNTED
RATE OF $99.00 PER ROOM PER NIGHT--THIS DISCOUNTED RATE IS
AVAILABLE TO ALL GLACIER SWIM CLUB FAMILIES ATTENDING JOs. THE TEAM
IS FLYING UP THE MORNING OF THURSDAY, APRIL 15 AND WILL BE FLYING
BACK TO JUNEAU ON THE LATE EVENING FLIGHT ON SUNDAY, APRIL 18,
2010.

need to call the Homewood Suites directly for room reservations. Families must refer

in order to receive the special Group rate. All
reservations should be made no later than
March 31

. Reservation requests received after this date will be
subject to availability, higher rates and/or minimum length of
stay requirements.
In order to confirm individual reservations, a one-night room and
tax guarantee/deposit via major credit card will be
required.
Reservation changes—based upon
availability—will be accepted without penalty until
3:00PM seven (7) days prior to
arrival.
The deposit will be non-refundable in the event of
cancellations made after this time, or in the event a room is not
occupied as reserved.

Guests of Homewood Suites can start each day with a complimentary
hot breakfast (real breakfast such as scrambled eggs, bacon,
sausage, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, waffles, assorted juice,
milk, and coffee, etc). Also, Thursday evening the hotel hosts a
"Welcome Home" reception featuring a complimentary light meal and
beverages--all of this is included as part of the discounted
price!
All rooms are suites with fully
equipped kitchens (full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stove,
coffee maker) and with cable channels. The one-bedroom suites all
feature king-sized beds and there is a sofa that pulls-out into a
full-sized bed (with a spring mattress). The hotel will also
provide a roll-away bed at no extra charge.

you are reimbursed for a portion of your airfare from Alaska
Swimming we suggest that you purchase you tickets now while the PFD
fare is out.

can forward these on to Sandy for reimbursement and also keep a
record, so I will know how many tickets we will need to reserve for
